The delivery time and even the delivery were good. Communication with transport company Rhenus was easy and the time frame was met.  The assembly service booked for 119 euros, on the other hand, was a failure. The bed was delivered, all individual parts and bags of fittings were checked for completeness. \nThe delivery team should actually also set up the bed. After the collaboration disappeared in the car for the time being, the statement came that the bed was not being set up now and that another team is coming to set it up. \nAfter several minutes on hold, we reached an employee from the Rhenus customer service department. This indicates that tools are missing (especially since the appropriate tool was included in the package!) and the bed is set up the same day. Call back right away. Diese hat den Hinweis, dass Werkzeug fehlt (zumal das passende Werkzeug im Lieferumfang enthalten war!) und das Bett noch am gleichen Tag aufgebaut wird. Man rufe gleich zurück. The storage space was the main reason for my decision, and I have to say: absolutely TOP! So much space to store — I've already cleaned everything up and half is still empty. 😄 \n \n A small point of criticism concerns the floor in the storage space: It consists of four boards that do not look quite as stable. It probably fits just fine on a flat floor, but if, for example, a rug is only under half of the bed, it can be difficult to adjust the boards correctly — without “manipulating” the feet of the bed a bit.
