Details
The Lithuanian artist Lolita Pelegrime, based in Copenhagen, breathes life into the art print Madame E with a striking female figure. Set against a vibrant blue background, the central figure is dressed in yellow and shields her face from the direct sun. By capturing this simple but impressive gesture, Pelegrime uses thick brushstrokes with oil paint on canvas to build her compositions - her process adds a high level of detail and depth that captures a moment in time.
