Details
The result of the joint efforts of an entire profession: LE THIERS ELEGANCE, created in 1994, bears the name of its city, the French capital of cutlery. To guarantee the authenticity and origin of the LE THIERS ELEGANCE model, all parts of the knife and all manufacturing steps must be carried out entirely in the Thiers basin. These knives, with their special curvature, intuitively guide the user in the cutting movement as soon as they are in the hand. They enhance the presentation and enjoyment of your dishes.
