A timeless classic, redefined. The Tabriz collection honors a beloved Persian design, a Louis de Poortere signature, with a modern twist. While staying true to its Iranian roots, this version brings new texture, rich colors, and subtle tonal variations that give it a fresh, contemporary feel. With a monochrome palette and layers of nuance, the Tabriz collection evokes both sophistication and effortless style. Its delicate balance of tradition and modernity creates a rug that feels eternally chic, adding a touch of heritage and a dash of modern luxury to any space. This rug was machine-woven on a Jacquard loom using a flatweave technique. Jacquard is a special weaving technique that allows patterns and designs to be incorporated into fabrics, creating a three-dimensional look. Jacquard fabrics are typically hardwearing and durable as the intricate weaving technique results in a dense and resilient fabric. For the models from the Belgian label Louis de Poortere, it's better to be unique than perfect! The brand has been producing artistic rugs with nostalgic charm since 1859. The trendy vintage rugs are woven on traditional jacquard looms, giving them their unique look. Whether classic oriental ornaments, a patchwork look or feminine floral motifs - these cosy works of art create a cosy atmosphere and give every room a sophisticated update! Made in Belgium
